We make every effort to keep our fees cost effective for all patients. Sending bills increases our costs; therefore we require payment to be made at the time of service for all office visits, including diagnostic testing services and minor surgeries. All co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance will be collected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards.
Discounts are available on both in office and Ambulatory Surgery Center/Outpatient Hospital surgical procedures for self pay patients. Please call and speak to our billing specialist at 301-645-8120 extension 24 for more details.

Please notify our staff of your insurance coverage when you make your appointment. If a referral is required by your insurance contract you must bring it with you to your appointment. If you do not have your referral with you, your appointment will be rescheduled.
Out of Network Coverage Information
If you have an insurance plan that we do not participate with; please contact your carrier to inquire about self submission of insurance claims and out of network reimbursement. If you are a surgical patient and do not have an insurance plan that we participate with please ask to speak to our billing specialist regarding filing of surgical claims and benefits.
We do not participate with any vision/glasses insurance plans. Please contact your carrier to inquire about self submission of claims for reimbursement.
